The Space:
The living room offers a cosy L-shaped sofa along with an additional chair, providing a comfortable space to relax.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with two single beds, while Bedroom 2 features a double bed. Bedroom 3 also includes a double bed, along with a bedside table and a convenient walk-in wardrobe for ample storage.

The property offers free, allocated parking on the driveway and additional free on-street parking. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a 24/7 self check-in service and free WiFi throughout the stay.

All bed linen and towels are provided, along with a hairdryer and essential toiletries. The dining area features a dining table and chairs, perfect for meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, and all necessary cutlery, cookware, and utensils. An iron and ironing board are also provided for added convenience. Relax in front of the Smart TV or spend time outdoors in the spacious garden.

Guest Access:
When you arrive at the property, there is an allocated parking space in the car park on the right as you pass the house. The parking space is the first space on the right in front of the garage with the number 84 in front. Additional free parking is available on street.

Once parked, you will see a lock box on the side of the property to the right. Please enter the code sent in the check in message.

The Neighborhood:
Perfect for contractors, relocations and families visiting the area, this home is close to all main amenities; including local shops, supermarkets, fast food restaurants and restaurants.

Getting Around:
The property is well-connected to the road network via the nearby H1 Ridgeway and V5 Great Monks Street, providing easy access to Central Milton Keynes (about a 10-minute drive) and the A5 and M1 for travel to surrounding areas. Local taxis and Uber operate in the area, providing convenient transportation for short trips.

Wolverton Train Station is just a short 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away. It provides direct train services to London Euston (around 45 minutes) and Birmingham.
