*Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs and for a maximum of 2 par reservation. Make sure to add them to the reservation as there are fees associated with accepting them. An automatic surcharge penalty of 300$ per pet will be applied if not honored*

**This driveway is steep and may pose risks. Please use caution when entering and exiting, and proceed at your own risk.**
We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guide and for some communication.

**Snow removal is done within 24 hours after storms with over 5 cm of snow. Shovel and salt are provided for your use during your stay.**

Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit that could go up to 750$). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. Access codes will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

A refundable security deposit ,is required to protect both property and your stay; it ensures efficient resolution of potential claims, and, if no issues arise, the deposit is fully refunded within 7 days post-checkout.

For all your questions or concerns, there is always someone available to respond quickly to all emails or messages during our office hours from 8am to 8pm local time (for more urgent matters, we are also easily reachable by phone).

If you plan on checking in outside of office hours, please be sure to have access to all necessary information.

2 parking spots avilable. Direct car access to the chalet may be slippery and/or impossible during winter due to snow or ice on the last 20 meters. It is a very steep driveway and you use the parking at your own risk. Please use free parking at the train station.

Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.

We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guides and for some communication.

Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit for up to 3000$). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. The latter will be sent to you through another link a few days prior to your arrival.

If no issues arise, the deposit is fully refunded within 7 days post-checkout.

We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.

The base price offered is for 4 persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person.

The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.

If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.

Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.

Excellent Experience
A group of us stayed at this property with our teens that were ski racing at Mont Blanc. It was clean, excellent communication with the property owner and great location (3 or 4 minutes from the hill). Will stay here again.
