"The house is a close walk to the beach and has four bedrooms, which is great for a family. Unfortunately, the bed in the front room is broken and not safe to use.The backyard is not suitable for children, there is rubbish, junk, broken glass in piles. The screen door to the back needs repair, the dishwasher was broken and it was difficult to light the stove. It requires a flame/lighter and a working one is not supplied. The bathroom cabinets are also falling apart. The blinds are not...

"2 night weekend stay. Kitchen well equipped. didn't use outdoor area due to weather on the weekend. Close proximity to local beaches with a car. Very hilly if walking. Driveway is very steep and on the narrow side. 4 bedrooms with queen/double beds although there were lots of fold out beds available I think it would be very crowded if they were needed. There were only 4 of us so we had ample space. "

"Had such an amazing time staying at rose on rye. Margaret was fantastic and easy to communicate with. The house has everything you need. Kids had a blast in the games room with lots of different games for them to play. Will definitely stay again "
