"It was our first time at Folly beach and this spot was perfect! It was right by a beach access point and downtown. Besides for driving into downtown Charleston we did not need our car at all the full trip. Great place for long walks on the beach and bar crawling. "

"This cute 2 bed/2 bath unit was perfect and exactly as described. Our girl's trip hit the jackpot with this place. The location was superb and walkable to everything downtown. Two small maintenance issues were communicated and worked through immediately upon us notifying them. We plan on returning next year! Book it! You won't regret it. The only thing to know is there are three flights of stairs. If you have an injury or an elder, that could be a deterant. It didn't bother us one bit, though!"

"Enjoyed the house. The location is just a block from beach access. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. The smaller bedroom can get loud since it is on a busy road. There wasn't central heat, but numerous space heaters kept the apartment very pleasant. The house was very clean."
