"It was a little inconvenient that the office was not open after 10. We had to email a photo of drivers license and credit card, and pick up our key from a dropbox. Then when we arrived in our room, it was only a queen size bed. Our reservation said that the room slept three. I don’t know if this is Expedia‘s fault or the hotel‘s fault, but our eight-year-old son had to sleep with us. There was no couch or futon.
