"Lovely place with great sunsets. Nice food. Snorkelling trip great (not complimentary as on website but paid for 2 snorkelling sites with a guide, still well worth doing). Need a 24 hour reception (large earthquake 7.1 while we were there and no one to ask about safety/what to do which didn’t feel super safe). Also maybe not the best place for a long beach stay - only 3 sun loungers on the resort, but good for a short stay whilst seeing things on the island."

"Beautiful location and nice bungalows with views overlooking the sea. The strange thing was that e.g. for breakfast they didn’t serve mango or bananas which were literally falling of the trees outside the resort. They didn’t serve the fresh fruit from just outside. All the tours were also more expensive than e.g. the resort next door. Much more expensive. Dinner and drinks menu was the same every day, with many things lacking. Not impressive. "We had the most amazing time here, from the minute we landed at the airport everything was perfect. Daniel and his family are wonderful people and organised everything we needed, transport from/to airport, tours and food. The location is truly authentic in a village and you could see the volcanos glow from our room."

"It's a very simple accommodation, but the dirth don't justify the simplicity. They should be more carefull with the hygiene in the rooms and in the kitchen. It's a family property, and the kids help in attendance, and I really appreciate they carefull with us, specially Ashley and Wesley, they are very nice, and Maurice is very organised with the trips. The Volcano view from the bungalow is amazing!!!! I know that's a rustic accommodation, and I really don't care for bugs and mosquitos, but...

"Stella and her family have been wonderful hosts. The room is a bit run down and a big gap between the roof and bathroom wall. So we had mosquitos at night. We had lunch and dinner at the resort for the entire time that we stayed in Tanna Island. Stella is a great cook! We had a bad experience with the driver who took us to the volcano from Amutia.
