"I love the property as I have stayed there before. The only reason that it got a bad rating from me is that I was not informed until we arrived, that the pool was out of order. I would have preferred to have been told before we arrived. Due to this, we did not stay and found alternative accommodation with a pool. Please fix it, K.S. "It's not the Ritz on Maui but it's not as bad as some reviews claim. It was clean, quiet, hard mattress but not bad, restaurant was not always open, buffet could be better, lot of places to eat a short walk from hotel. Staff was Amazing, above and beyond actually. Also I must on their behalf make a defense for the restaurant, it was off season and the tourists haven't completely returned to previous numbers. I think it was a good stay for the price, I'll stay here again."
