The pool was not heated and had a lot of debris at the bottom. Otherwise, place worked for our group, it was a comfortable stay."

"The property is very nice. Looks like it was recently updated. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for a couple of things. The owners are very responsive and helpful. They fixed a few things pretty quickly, but there were a couple of other issues. First the A/C works pretty unevenly.... much cooler in some rooms than others, but the biggest problem was the thermostat. If there is no movement by it for a few hours it would automatically adjust up to 78 degrees which presented...

"This little property was great! We had a blast either going into Marco Island (which was just minutes down the road) or staying around and using the kayaks. We went to Doreen’s Cup of Joe, The Dockside Bistro and Sweet Annie’s. We will definitely use this rental again when we come back down"
