"Probably the best, updated, clean houses we’ve ever rented! It was absolutely wonderful. And the added cost to heat the pool and hot tub was totally worth it. Had to contact the management to figure out how to turn on hot tub and heat it up, and they instructed me to download the app and once I did that I had control of the lights and turning the spa on and off. "The house was lovely, with lots of living space and a beautiful screened-in pool and patio. We had a couple of quick questions for the manager, and received the answers very promptly. Handy location for Vanderbilt Beach. Kitchen very well stocked with cookware, dishware, utensils/knives and storage containers. Overall, had a great stay."

"The unit was so beautiful inside! Completely redone and in great taste. Private sitting area on the back patio and more sociable seating on the front patio. The ambiance was set with patio string lights. Plenty of parking. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet, but just a couple blocks from a main drag with restaurants and shops. We were only a quick 1 mile drive from beach access and to drive anywhere wasn’t stressful or overly crazy with traffic. I would definitely stay here again!"
