"Great views, rustic self accommodation in a surfers/kite surfers town. The property is a little basic but it has everything you really need for a beach vacation. It’s a good steep walk up to the accommodation so beware if you’ve got a big suitcase. There’s not much by way of restaurants or groceries (avoid the small mini marts near by in favour of the larger ones nearer the chora). Our hosts were friendly and offered port pick up."

"We had trouble finding the property, which is not an easy drive up narrow roads. Directions would be helpful. Once there, we were warmly greeted by Konstantina who showed us around. She left a delicious platter of cheese and tomatoes, a bottle of wine and some water - a nice touch. She was always on hand to answer our queries. The apartment was clean, stylish and generally well equipped for self catering. The rooms were comfortable and the outside space was perfect for dining and watching the...

"Great house. Nice shaded area to eat outside. And plenty of other terraces with views over the countryside and village opposite. Inside also good, everything we needed. It was well laid-out: nice views from every room and we could have a decent breeze in the heat. Location is at the back of Glinado, an easy walk away from the bakery, and small collection of village shops. The village is short drive to nice beaches, and far enough away from the busy Naxos town."

"Acceuil chaleureux. Belle propriété avec une grande terrasse et vue sur montagne et mer. Petit jardin agréable. Voiture ou scooter indispensable car la propriété est un peu en altitude, et la route est en pente importante. Il y a 2 voisins au rez de chaussée, mais sans aucun vis à vis, ni bruit."

"Great place with full kitchen, washing machine, and beautiful updated bathrooms (1.5). Rooftop deck up a spiral staircase gets morning sun. Very convenient to the castle and port areas, restaurants, shops, etc. Lots of street noise with many using this street to park motorbikes and loud vendors and restaurant queuing right outside window."

"Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes et l'hébergement était très propre, spacieux et conforme à la description. Le toit terrasse nous a permis de faire quelques petits repas en admirant le coucher de soleil !! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Emanuela qui a été de bons conseils et disponible. Il faut absolument avoir un moyen de locomotion car l'hébergement est un peu excentré."

"We were treated with such kindness! The host even came out late one night to assist us when we locked ourselves out of the home. "

"If you rent a car or ATV, Naxos has a lot to offer from several beaches to mountain villages. The property is well situated and the host is very helpful. He communicated well with tips and suggestions. The rooms were very clean with daily cleaning. I would highly recommend this property and its host."

"My partner and I moved from busy accommodation on the other side of the island in search of peace and quiet, we found it at Azalas cottages. Astrid and Nikos are very warm and welcoming hosts, the oven warm loaf of bread and homemade wine was an immediate sign of their dedication to ensuring their guests enjoy their stay. We are already planning to visit next year and enjoy our private cove.."

Excellent hotel with great staff

"The bed was a little hard for me BUT... this was an amazing holiday. Great breakfast buffet, amazing staff that always had smiles and good mornings and were very helpful when we needed something. The hotel has many services. It was close to the beach, a small beach town as well as about 5 min drive from naxos city which gave us amazing flexibility in our days. There were mountains to explore, beaches to visit, shopping possibilities and just relaxing at the pool. We came in the off season so to weather was nice and there were not too many other guests. We cannot recommend this enough "

"Super fint hotel og pool område. Tæt på lækker strand. Venligt personale. God morgenmad og fint med mulighed for træningscenter. Badeværelset og værelset trænger til en opgradering - især badeværelse er meget slidt og derfor svært at rengøre ordentligt for personale. "
