"Very nice stay"

"The walls need to be painted. Cracks need to be filled. Carpets were filthy. We couldn’t walk around barefoot. Outlets need to be ipdated to include USB charging. The outlets in tje light fixtures next to the bed were too loose to hold charging blocks."

"The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly when we checked in. Breakfast was well stocked and had a good variety of options. We also really appreciated the included parking. There was a restaurant within easy walking distance, which was very convenient. We used Uber to get into the city, and it worked out perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming into the city for a show or event and want to avoid paying the $60 event parking fees. It was an easy and much more...

"This hotel oversold their rooms and refused to provide us a refund even though we arrived at 6pm with confirmed reservation. Staff said Expedia should not have sold us a room because they were fully booked. Understand things happen but I should not be charged for a room I never got to use. We had to scramble to find a new place to stay and ended up driving another 20 minutes further out of town just to not sleep in our car. Unacceptable that I’m still fighting to get a refund two days later...

"This hotel basically has no service, and the staff seems completely untrained. Everyone looks exhausted, miserable, and like they don’t want to be bothered. The staff seem to have forgotten that they work in the hospitality industry, instead, they act as though they work in the hostile industry. There is no room service, and housekeeping only services the room once every three days. No one smiles.
