"Dejligt at komme til hotellet. Kunne parkerer uden for døren, gå direkte til stranden og morgenmaden var i særklassen. Bare vi kunne have taget et par dage mere."

"We arrived on our two very expensive bicycles and we were told to put them aside in an open garage. After a lot of negotiation we were allowed to store them in an empty bagage locker room, but only from 1900-0800. No further explanation- which left us in the terasse watching our Bikes from 1630 to 1900. The lack of serviceorientation and flexibility surprised us, we have been to 35 hotels already on this journey and have not experienced anything similar. We would not come back or recommend this...

"The property is magnificent. The decor in public rooms, bedrooms and dining room very beautiful. Luxury standards. Magnificent gardens and outdoor public areas. Dining options are plentiful, farm to table and both beautifully presented and delicious. The St Pierre fish with a muscadet cru outstanding. "

"This hotel is perfectly located directly on the relatively small beach. My room was on the second floor and with a magnificent sea view. The rooms with sea view on the first floor (probably suites) had large terrasses. There are restaurants and bars right in front of the hotel, which were a bit loud in the evening, but luckily closed early. The only negative surprise was the lack of A/C. But fortunately it wasn't a hot day/night and there was a nice breeze from the sea."

"One of the loveliest stays we have experienced in a unique place. The peniche is exquisite and cosy. Some people might not like sharing the common spaces with other guests. However, we had the place to ourselves 2 nights in a row and met lovely people at the breakfast table. A place like no others. There could be more comfortable chairs in the living room if the weather was inclement."

"Cet hotel ou auberge est super. L'accueil est super, les propriétaires sont serviables et sympathiques. C'est un petit hotel de 6 chambres et un restaurant au RDC . Les chambres sont bien. Rien à redire. Nous y retournerons. Merci beaucoup "
