"A clear explanation that entry to the unattended building would be via a keypad at the front door using the code sent by email and that entry to the apartment would be by coded access to a locked box which containted the key. Many of your guests may be used to such practices. But clearer explanations for first time users would improve the experience."

"The checkin process has changed as there was no lockbox but instead an electronic keypad. This was confusing but the support person was helpful and we were inside within 15 minutes. The property was as described. The owners have a big problem with rising damp but they take steps to control it and that didn’t bother me. Bathroom newly renovated. Water hot but low pressure.
