"Room needed some repairs -- temperature control knob on the refrigerator was missing and set to a very warm temp, paint on wall above lid to toilet tank was peeling off, and the thermostat on the wall was non-functional (only the control panel on the heater/AC unit below the window worked which causes hot and cold spots in the room), and the elevator door needed manual help to close all the way. "Clean & unique stay experience. Did not partake in the breakfast. When booking direct the two nights before I had been price gouged a bit and sent additional charges more than the quoted price. When I emailed back “didn’t know why” left a poor taste. Direct calls on the phone lacked professionalism. "
