"Good location "

"Great location for a visit in St Augustine on the waterfront of the bay just outside the historic quarter and right after The Lion Bridge. Complimentary afternoon snack in the lobby on our arrival and delicious homemade cookies. The receptionist Ellen is very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is the poor and very unstable internet connection in the room. We hope that will be improved and upgraded, as we have met fantastic highspeed internet in most of the other hotels on this trip."

"This is a cute motel where you can drive up to your door. The room was very clean and had a fridge and microwave. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small but clean with a nice shower. Everything was in good repair except the bathroom towel rack and mirror, which had some rust on them. We were very satisfied with our stay. "

"Good basic place - value. Room is sizable and had a great view to the sea. Location was amazing in regard to just crossing the street and then you were on the beach. Basic breakfast. Friendly staff."
