"Nice Hotel, the only thing I could comment on in a negative manner, was the room was too small."

"Beautiful venue, lovely location. Great selection of drinks and food menu was good. Breakfast was very nice indeed. However, the venue had a wedding on the night of my stay and I would have appreciated a) being told this was the case and b) not being put in a room directly above the room that the party was in. Terrible nights sleep and I’m puzzled why when allocating rooms you would place people in that room."

"Room was massive lots off tean and coffees supplies , bed was super comfy staff were friendly.and welcoming. Extra cost for dogs not on website , but very dog friendly "

"Mark is a wonderful host. The room we stayed in had a lovely big tub and lots of very hot water. Breakfast lovingly prepared and delicious. Highly recommend for a sensible, comfortable stay very near to the center of the village and good eating options and pubs. "

"Rooms were clean and tidy. We enjoyed a traditional pub meal before attending a local event. The taxi we booked failed to show on time and one of the staff took us, which was great."

"Location is what you expect being so close to the airport and right on the edge of town. If you need somewhere to stay the night before your flight it’s perfect! Our room was spacious, and we had tea & coffee making available. On the first night it was warm, but the second night it was cold and the heating didn’t come on in the morning even. We stayed to visit family who live in Ponteland, so without a car it was a challenge. Overall, I felt it was expensive for room only (as advertised)...
