"Families and groups seemed very happy - playing and enjoying the pool and internal courtyard from early morning to late at night. The breakfast area filled up early with very hungry folks, so the fruit ran out quickly. The front desk staff were polite but not particularly helpful or friendly -clearly not there to be of service The elevators were very slow. The stairwells were under repair. Our bed was comfortable, the bathroom very clean. adjusting heat and a/c is restricted."

The continental breakfast was decent, the lobby was well maintained and provided several refreshment options for guests (both paid and unpaid) and the location was close to nearby suburban areas and downtown Indy. The rooms themselves were clean, but the amenities were lacking and the rooms had some cosmetic issues such as outlets and light switch plates falling out of their sockets, which made it hard to charge our electronics.
