"We truly enjoyed our 6 night stay as a family. The bunk beds were perfect for our 6 and 8 year olds. They also loved having toys to play with! We walked to Frydae daily to grab ice cream and sometimes a little adult beverage. The home was wonderful and had everything we needed. You wouldn’t believe the amount of available towels they had and how comfy they were 😍 Tip: the couch pulls out sooo easily, so you can fit the whole family for a night of relaxation. We will be back!"

"This house was perfect for our tournament at Prospect Meadows! I was able to work remotely and not be disturbed. Everything we needed was in close proximity. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was centrally located to all of the baseball diamonds and had everything we needed and George responded very quickly to any questions we had. The house was very clean and updated. No problems with parking. We highly recommend staying here."

"Booked this last minute for family coming in for a graduation. Great location that is a short drive to any part of CR, Marion, or Hiawatha. Looks to be newly remodeled. Way more spacious than it appears from the outside. Family said it was comfortable for sleeping and gave it a thumbs up. Gorgeous kitchen. Great communication by the owner. Will definitely keep in mind if we need to book a place again."

"The Cozy Cottage is darling and very comfortable! The white and black farmhouse style has lots of great natural light and is a joy to wake up to. The cottage is dog friendly, which is an huge plus. Outside there is a fire pit and the cutest little chickens. We would stay again!"

"Our family stayed here for the weekend while in town celebrating my son’s college graduation. The location was perfect, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The property was wonderful. Beautifully decorated, clean, accommodating and lots of little touches. They thought of everything! The backyard space could not have been better. Several spaces to relax and hang out, space to play cornhole and a fire pit. We will most likely be back in the area over the next several years and hope to stay...
