"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The location was very convenient—about a 10-minute drive to most places, including the Biltmore entrance, downtown, and the River Arts District. The space is ideal for two people (any more might feel a bit tight). The bed was comfortable, the decor was lovely, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchenette was well-equipped with dishes and even a water cooler. If you stay more than a couple of days you will have to go to the laundry exchange to get linen. A text is sent to your phone asking if you have any issues or concerns.
