The labeling of everything and instructions were very helpful, they supplied all the necessities and were very responsive with any questions/communication. We loved our welcome basket too! The location and neighborhood are great. We had albatross nesting right outside our door (the way they greet each other was so fun to watch/hear) and we saw a couple whales surface at a distance from the balcony. We absolutely loved this villa for it's breathtaking views, balconies, gorgeous bedrooms, jungle noises, and location across from the ocean bluff with wonderful sunsets. It was roomy, especially for the two of us, clean, and nicely appointed. True, no a/c which would have been great, but for us the fans were fine.
