"This beach house, views and ocean breezes are glorious, exactly as shown in the photos. We loved every aspect of our stay, and appreciated all of the beach toys and gear!We had the beach in front of the house all to ourselves. We could walk in either direction for swimmable, sandy entry points into the water. Fun waves for surfing to the left, and a bit more calm to the right. "House and property made our family vacation perfect!! There was 11 of us including 2 toddlers and the house was perfect for all us. Morning coffee on the back deck was amazing and relaxing evenings in the hot tub was even better! "

"Our stay was perfect. This cute studio has everything you need to enjoy your stay on the North Shore. There's a hot plate, blender, coffee maker, iron, microwave, and fridge. There was even a beach cooler in the closet that was super handy. Our nights here were so nice because everyone in the neighborhood is in bed around 8:30 so it's nice and quiet. "We stayed at Kawela Kai beach house for a week from 1-15-25 and were very pleased with the house. It was clean and everything that we had expected. Sarah was great in fulfilling a couple of requests we had and followed up with them promptly. The location was ideal for us being close to the area shrimp trucks and points of interest. If we return to the North Shore we hope this house will be available."

"Everything was perfect! The location is great! I was worried about it being right on the highway but there was no noise problems or any problems with having to cross the street or get out of the driveway. All the beds were comfy, everything from towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, beach supplies, etc. were provided! "Property is brand new and in immaculate condition. The ocean is literally out the back door and the location is an easy drive to all north shore beaches and activities. Josh was very easy to communicate with and provided tons of local food places for our trip. Highly recommend staying at this property "

"The place was perfect and exactly as advertised. I had an issue with my luggage being delayed by the airline and Jo Ann responded within 2 min with a temporary gate code for the courier to use to deliver our luggage. The owners are very responsive. The place was clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is beautiful."

"Upon walking in someone said it’s like being on a boat. The expansive windows make you almost feel you’re in the water. Peaceful and quiet except for the sound of waves. Close to everything you need including the Breath of life show at the PCC across the street. The view of the mountains and sky was magnificent. "Listing accuracy was so/so. Some items included in listing were only available upon request (with response times sometimes being up to 24hrs)Host response time was the biggest issue. Make sure everything is squared away well ahead of arrival. Also had to ask host multiple times to fix an incessant beeping coming from a low battery fire alarm on the second floor, to which in the 7 day stay time was never fully addressed or fixed"
