"The property was nice. It could use a little more cleaning. The stove top had crusty gunk on it and the baseboards could use cleaning. Other than that it was nice. One thing I would like to share is that your room number is not easily recognizable on your check in passport. If they could get that corrected somehow it would be helpful. It would have been helpful to have more than just 1 roll of toilet paper. We were in a two bedroom two bath. We liked our stay and would book again. "

"Quiet neighborhood. My only problem was when we arrived the apt. Wasn’t cleaned so we had to call a number, file a report and then wait till the contacted us to go back to the apt. After it was completed it was clean and we were happy with the results. Microwave was broken so we couldn’t reheat any leftovers. We did like the apt. And surrounding area. "

"I was really disappointed that upon leaving a security deposit, they also charged a non refundable $30 deposit, which was never disclosed on hotels.com prior to booking. Additionally parking around the hotel was extremely expensive."

"Our experience at Barsa At 9 on Canal was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the unit we had rented. The lockbox that was supposed to contain our key and parking pass was empty. We waited for over an hour and made multiple calls to condo services, but they were unable to locate maintenance personnel or even the manager to provide us with keys to the unit. "The property management is awful. When I checked in- no starter items (toilet paper, soap etc.), came back later than night and items were there. Went to get in bed and found no sheets. Called management and they said- maybe tomorrow they could be delivered. In the morning, discovered we had no cold water so couldn’t shower because the water was so hot. "his place was amazing and incredibly easy to access. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and hassle-free. I’ve stayed at large hotels in the area for hundreds of dollars, but this stay was under $100—and honestly, the room was just as good, if not better, than those high-priced hotels.
