"We stayed at the property for 10 days and absolutely loved it. There is a sense of peace and serenity that overwhelms you as you sit in the house and watch the deer wander by in the morning. My wife didn't want to leave! While technically a "Tiny House", we found it to be very comfortable and well designed. We even hosted Christmas Eve dinner for 8 guests (we ate outside at two table from the property) and had no problems. Which brings me to my review.... The house is very well stocked...

"The property was very beautiful on the river with a nice sturdy dock. Cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, modern appliances with a big porch and a covered barbecue area with hammocks. All and all one of the best rentals we have seen from Vrbo. Would definitely recommend it. "

"This is the perfect place to stay for some quiet time away from the city. This cabin facilitated us to make our own meals since it was fully stocked, the bed is so SOFT! "My family was in town for a birthday party. This space was perfect for us to hang out together! The kids loved the pool & looking for fish and tiny frogs in the water feature by the front door. Definitely one of places to stay in NB (and we’ve stayed a lot since our son & his family live there). My husband liked that there weren’t any neighbors. Great host & a great spot for my people. "We really liked mostly everything about our stay. We appreciated all the little extra amenities. I would like to stay again but 2 things… I wish check-in was earlier and the Peacock room bed was not comfortable. It moved a lot and the mattress was hard. I slept on the couch 1 night. I would consider a better mattress. I think the other room was ok. But overall it’s a really nice place."

"Cool idea, great patio, close to Gruene, not by the river as I thought (you have to drive to get there), on a lot with a few other container homes, but way overpriced for what it is. Even though it says $110 a night, by the time you are out the door, it is more like $250. Assuming they fix the deceptive pricing, this place has a lot of potential to be amazing. "

The gate to the site’s parking places was padlocked and we were told to park across River Road, which is a busy street that is often driven by people who’ve been floating the river and drinking. This put us and our young daughters at risk and we were worried about our vehicles...

"Property is on the river and has many modern amenities. 3-4 great gathering areas in great room, kitchen, and outside. Hot tub is in like new condition and well maintained. While the house is older, the remodel and updating have been very well done so it feels and looks like the description. Water is low because of the dam work up river, but will be even more enjoyable once that work is complete and the river is flowing normal. "My only issues was a question that the unit was in listed in check in instructions for New Braunfels and they had mentioned it was in San Antonio, which is not correct. I did indicate to them that it is confusing and they’re looking into correcting their description. Also, the only other issue was checking in and the gates for security would not always open for car entrance with the codes given to me which you had to wait for somebody else driving up that lived there and when they opened up...
