"My family stayed for two nights and everything was wonderful. Communication was excellent and the check-in instructions were thorough and easy to understand. The place was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. Good water pressure which seems like a small thing, but I have terrible water pressure at home so a really good shower while on vacation is a bonus! The beds were very comfortable, and despite the fact that I have sleep issues and usually wake up often, I slept surprisingly well....

"It is a great place to stay. It is in the heart of Leland with a parking spot. Only down side is that you are so close to the downtown area the garbage trucks cleaning the dumpsters wake you up early. That is the price you pay for such a great location. The place was clean and air conditioning worked great to keep it cool. Kitchen has everything you need and plenty of games and puzzles to keep the kids busy. "

"We stayed at this property for a weekend. We had a wedding right in Suttons Bay and this place was perfect. It was far enough off the main drag that traffic and people were not a problem. It was quiet and peaceful. There was enough spots for everyone to sleep, we had a couple in the bedroom another couple on the bottom bunk, 1 kid on top bunk and we brought a blow up mattress for 2 kids to share and put on living room floor. Perfect spot for a family to enjoy a little R&R!! THANK YOU!!!"

"This place was amazing! The views and sunsets were incredible, everything was clean and as shown. Lots of outdoor seating options, plus plenty of space inside. We did occasionally hear the renters above walking through the ceiling but nothing loud, to be expected, and we had the swing all to ourselves through our stay. We were able to explore Petoskey, Boyne City, and Charlevoix with short drives."

"Condo was lovely and VERY clean. Gorgeous view. Sunsets were breathtaking. 5-STARS Access to property is literally 80 stair-steps up. All luggage, groceries and beach gear need to be carried up 80 stairs. There is no direct access to the beach. Down 80 steps with gear and then SIGNIFICANT walking paths to beach access. There is no place to park to access beach. There is a parking lot with a shuttle to the beach but it is not offered with this rental so be prepared to walk and carry...

"Cute and comfortable space for a couple just outside of Glen Arbor. We found the bed to be comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the place very clean. Coffee and cream was provided so we did not have to look to buy it for our stay. Most enjoyable was the exquisite garden with lots of blooming flowers, birds, squirrels and even a tiny chipmunk. 😎"

"I have been coming to the homestead for years and renting this property was the best decision for my family of four! The condo was clean with new appliances, GREAT view, and the owners were easy to work with. They even allowed us to add on an additional day at the very last minute. Stonybrooks pool was warm and everything we needed. Short distance to the dunes, biking trails, lake, and restaurants. We plan to be back!"

"It was great to stay in one of the historical Earl Young Mushroom Houses. We took full advantage of our week there, exploring the Charlevoix area. Great location, view and well kept property. It is the first stop on the Mushroom House tour, so there is the paparazzi, with the house being the celebrity. Other than that, it was a great stay."
