"Property very nice, however overall experience poor. Host was unaccommodating and difficult to reach. Advertised incorrectly. Booked because of hot tub which we could not use the first two nights we were there because she said the pool guy had to heat it up. The other couple used it earlier that day. Had no idea we would be sharing with another couple and that host lived there. The other couple also thought the same. They had to enter our room to get to their bedroom because no expectation was...

"This was the best stay the kitchen came with cooking pots/pans along with utensils, the bed was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was home welcoming and had hygiene materials and very clean. Overall I would definitely recommend booking here!!"

"We were unable to find the property or reach Shaw Carter, the property manager (or whatever). We were stranded and Verbo found us a room at Best West. "It was an excellent stay. The service was very personal, kind and accommodation. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood but close to many services and shopping. I felt very much at home here and would definitely stay there again. "

"I can’t recommend this place enough. Even better than we expected. Really well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. We cooked dinner and prepared breakfast but could easily have walked to so many cafe and restaurant options around us. Supermarkets around the corner and a gym and swimming pool nearby. Absolutely great!!"

"Cool place!!! Dette hotel havde alt og super god service. Hotellet havde Level 8 som var et sted med hvad du behøver, for at spise, drikke og feste, for enhvers behov. Rigtig god kvalitet på mad og gode cocktail. Vil helt sikkert komme tilbage her næste gang vi besøger LA."

Loved it!

"I don’t know what it is about this hotel, but has an X-factor that no other hotels have (and I have stayed in MANY places all over the World. Staff is friendly, but I didn’t really interact with them that much especially since the main entrance is not where the check-in etc takes place. The location is good. Not because of the surroundings just outside - that is very tacky. But it is very close to the Metro, close to the studios, close to Melrose and Beverly Hills and easy to get downtown too. The reason that this hotel is among the 5 best I have stayed at is because of the ambiance. Main lobby area/bar i exceptional. Tastefully kept in a very god condition. And the pool area is top notch too. "

Best location for Hollywood

"This hotel is right at Hollywood walk of fame / Hollywood Blvd as well as the TCL Theater (for which you get a free ticket) and Dolby Theater. Many tours will start from here too. Also only 5 minutes walk from the metro station. Universal Studios is one stop away and Warner Brothers a $20 taxi ride. Expect $80 to/from the airport though. The price for the hotel is not cheap, neither high for the location I would say. Breakfast however is the highest price we have had in a hotel, so decided to skip that and store some products from the nearby Target and 7eleven in the room’s fridge instead. Very clean hotel with a nice pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "
