"Our host was very welcoming and made breakfast to our request. He's a very nice man and we enjoyed talking to him and he was helpful in letting us know some details about the area since we are from northern California and not too familiar with the area. It's a lovely, well kept house in a beautiful neighborhood that is near everything in central LA/Hollywood, but far enough off the major streets to be quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again next time our travels bring us there."

"We have stayed at over 20 different properties through both VRBO and ARBNB and this location is the best appointed property we have been to. The unit is beautifully decorated with a lot of style. It was refreshing to have high end appliances and accessories in the Kitchen. I would highly recommend a stay here as you visit the LA area. "

"Overall impression of the apartment and location was positive. Close to grocery stores, food is walkable nearby, and it was great to have parking. Directions to and thru the parking garage by the host was spot on. Enjoyed the pool 2 evenings after long walking days of LA tourists. Very easy access to highways. My 4 star rating is based on the fact that the apartment was sparsely furnished. 1 mostly uncomfortable couch, and a table with 4 chairs and that is it for seating. Would be well...

"Overall, this was a great experience. The location is directly across the street from the beach and has a view of the pier. It's in a recently renovated building that was quiet and relaxing. Walking to the Promenade, movie theatre, numerous stores, etc was great. The actual apartment is pretty great, too, and we really liked all the "extras" provided by the host, such as an Uno game, Jenga game, chairs/towels for the beach, water bottles/sodas, and so on. "I can’t recommend this place enough. Even better than we expected. Really well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. We cooked dinner and prepared breakfast but could easily have walked to so many cafe and restaurant options around us. Supermarkets around the corner and a gym and swimming pool nearby. Absolutely great!!"
