"Wonderful place to stay in the summer (we visited in July for 9 days). Great location - walk to John Denver Sanctuary, Clark's Market, the Rio Grande River and Trail and town. No need for a car unless you want to explore away from Aspen. The house was clean, comfortable and well supplied. We ate most dinners on the outside deck near the kitchen. We had no complaints. Great place to stay unless you have difficulty with stairs - there are lots of stairs. My wife and I are are in our 70s and...

"We were a group of 4 - 1 couple and 2 other friends. Just the right amount of space for for all of us. The unit was very clean and accomodating and had everything we needed - even laundry detergent! The beds were very comfortable. The location is a 5 min walk to all of the shopping and great eats. We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10!"

"LOVED this house! It’s HUGE! It has everything you would need :-) It is 2 miles from the base at Snowmass and the road is straight UP! If you are coming to mountain bike, know that you cannot ride your bike to and from the bike park lift as it’s a tremendous climb coming back :-) You can eat out on the deck, which is so beautiful! BBQ grill and jacuzzi work great and so enjoyed!"

"Very good location and nice house. Layout was great. A couple issues came up that were promptly addressed by the property manager. Would stay again."

"Great location, beds comfortable, A/C a blessing, pool great for young ones, walkable area-rarely used car, good grocery stores (City Market amd Clarks’s), kitchen completely stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, 2 en-suite bedrooms and one just outside the 3rd bedroom was great for privacy. Desk inside one bedroom helped as one of us had to work for portions of the time. Nice place. Nothing negative to say about it. Good stay."

"We wanted a nice get away for our adult married kids and toddler grandchildren and us and this was just what we wanted. The location was perfect, the weather was perfect, the Arhaus decor and appointments were lovely, the kitchen was very nicely equipped, the little extras, like soaps, lotions, snacks and condiments were just great. The management company was very responsive. It set the stage for a perfect stay in Aspen. Thank you!"

"The property and the home were as described and loved it. Especially being right on the river and walking distance to the downtown area. Enough amentities, well stocked. I would stay again. Just have one complaint and a few suggestions for the property owners. 1. Complaint is that when we booked looking on VRBOwe did not realize that both VRBO and VASCAR charged fees. The fees were high for VASCAR and to be hit with another $227 for VRBO with out our knowledge was not good customer service. ...

"We stayed at this property for 5 nights to attend my nephews wedding held at Maroon Bells. The property was great with all the bedrooms and bathrooms we needed to house the family who traveled from Ohio and SC to attend. It was close to the town and activities, stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this property!"

"A family gathering of 18. From infants to seniors. Property is Spacious, special, well equiped, the pond and river were amazing, as well as the trees and flowers. Some bear sightings that added to the stay. Very close to Aspen. Attentive ranch manager. All in all everyone in our party had a very special time in the ranch"

"While this property doesn’t appear to have been renovated or updated in a while, it has one of the best layouts for multiple families that I’ve seen in Snowmass over the 15+ years we have been renting. Multiple rooms with king sized beds, multiple living areas to spread out and separate generations, and a fantastic location not too high up Faraway. Highly recommended for anyone with 3 or more families."

"The attention to details was amazing. We had amazing communication before our visit and during with the manager and the welcome basket was a nice touch. The house was more than we needed for 8 people. Close to the venue and close to Aspen for dinners. We will be back."
