Plan your dream vacation in this luxurious holiday home in Novalja, the heart of the island of Pag. Villa Vista is a well-equipped, newly built villa with heated swimming pool, located above the beach in the small town Novalja on the island of Pag, which is connected to the mainland by a bridge.
On a hilltop, just a 400m from the sea, this villa in each of its 3 luxurious bedrooms with a gorgeous view to the sea offers peace and full enjoyment. A spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area is connected to the terrace and is an ideal place to relax while your intimacy is provided in designer dormitories, each with terrace and bathroom.
Villa Vista is a luxurious and modern holiday home built in 2022. The house has spacious 3 bedrooms, approx. 18 m2, with double beds (180 x 200 cm). Each room has its own luxury bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. In each room there is a 43-inch (109 cm) wide-screen LCD TV with approx. 200 satellite programs as well as a work desk with a chair.
The spacious living room with a sea view is equipped with a 65-inch (165 cm) LCD wide-screen TV and an IPTV receiver with premium TV content (HBO, Netflix) and a seating set for 8 people. In the living room there is a sofa that can be extended into a bed measuring 160x200. A mattress topper goes on it for extra comfort. Complete bed linen and pillows are ready.
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, espresso coffee machine, ice machine, electric kettle) is separated by a bar with a 3-seater dining chair with a large table for 8 people. Exit to the terrace with the pool is also possible from the dining room thanks to the moving glass wall. On the ground floor there is an additional toilet to ensure the privacy of the "private" bathroom where guests can use washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
All areas are air-conditioned (cooling / heating) while all bathrooms and living room have underfloor heating. Guests have free access to broadband internet without restrictions, and the entire house and surrounding terraces are covered with high quality WiFi signals.
Villa Vista, along with a terrace that can be accessed from the bedrooms, has spacious terrace with a pool of 8 x 4 m, depth of 150 cm with salt water, sun loungers and a fireplace with barbecue.
The large outdoor dining table by the swimming pool is perfect for all day sea breeze dining.
From the terrace you can experience one of the most beautiful sunsets.
Behind the villa there are 3 parking spaces that are inside of the outdoor fencing estate and are covered with video cameras.
