"Perfect for what we needed! Plenty of room for 3 kids and 2 adults! Didn’t get to enjoy all amenities but we knew that being winter but kids enjoyed heated pool and all enjoyed the hot tubs! Perfect location on the beach and close to everything we wanted to do!"

"The unit was spacious, well equiped and clean. The owner is very responsive.The negatives, no beach towels, which is mentioned when booking. No chair and umbrella service, this would be acceptable if the unit had a beach umbrella for use. We traveled from out of state, we were not bring chairs and umbrellas with us. The beach wagon available in the unit is rusty and clinky, needs to be replaced. "

"We had a week long vacation booked for Cape San Blas, Florida and had it cancelled thirty minutes before we were to leave for the airport due to Hurricane Helene. I scrambled to find something further West and came upon this home. The home was beautiful. I would highly recommend this property!"

"We loved the layout of the condo and how comfortable we felt. The deck was great and the the walk way to the beach. The weather was horrible during our stay and the property lost power for a couple hours. We had to use the stairs due to the power outage and some of the emergency lights were not working which made it dangerous and a little scary. The property felt safe, and kept up with. We had an overall good trip minus the weather. We all slept like babies. "
