"Teníamos el apartamento reservado para semana santa 2022, habiendo viajado desde desde Barcelona. Tras haber recibido mail de confirmación, haberse cobrado la estancia, etc.. al ponernos en contacto con la propietaria 30 minutos antes de la hora de entrada nos indicó que el apartamento estaba ocupado y no lo había gestionado desde esta plataforma, por lo que nos quedamos sin alojamiento. Experiencia pésima, en la que ni la aplicación ni la propietaria asumieron ningún tipo de responsabilidad....

"Casa muy acogedora con Txoko ideal para tres matrimonios con hijos puesto que los matrimonios pueden alojarse en el primer piso y los niños (si no son muy pequeños) se pueden alojar en el segundo. La casa en vivo está mejor que en las fotos. Los dos pisos de arriba recien reformados. Muy confortable con la calefacción de pellets y termostatos independientes en cada piso. "Beautiful town and very friendly people. The wines were all amazing and the tours excellent. We were there during a festival and i have to say it was very enjoyable to watch the celebrations and listen to the music."

Checkin and communication with the property manager was seamless and efficient.
