"We were in town for the local triathlon and had a great stay! My kids (3&4) and I were able to walk to the finish line from the location. The house was clean and large enough that we were all comfortable. If you have kids, it’s across the street from a cool boat playground. Diane was very responsive to my questions and provided plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Overall, a great stay! "

"Amazing house! perfect for my family and our stay in Annapolis. Perfect location to everything. We had all of the amenities we needed and everything was easy to use. If I had one thing negative to say, I wish I could have had my dogs with us, I would have gladly paid a cleaning fee to have them there. Luckily I was able to make other arrangements. "Riva Waterfront “The Cottage” was a perfect place to have our girls getaway to celebrate birthdays. We enjoyed kayaking, relaxing in the hot tub and just relaxing inside and outside. Its location was convenient to go to a winery and downtown Annapolis. The owner and her team were quick to respond when I needed assistance with check-in. I would recommend staying at this lovely property. "

"The property management has horrible communication, very unprofessional and lacks customer service. After driving 5 hrs to get to Baltimore they canceled my reservation 10 minutes before i arrived at the property and couldn't give me a clear explanation why my reservation was canceled. They offered me a property for 15 hrs. My original reservation was for 5 days. I ending up declining and driving back home which was a 5 hr drive. Horrible people.
