A Disney getaway is not complete without a Luxury Villa to call home throughout your stay! Bring the whole family and enjoy your stay with 8 bedrooms, themed kids room, karaoke & game room, home theater, private pool, spa and more just minutes to Disney! The Villa is conveniently located near the Oasis Clubhouse. With just a 4 minute walk, you'll have access to a lagoon pool, water slides, lazy river, splash-zone pool for kids, pool side cabanas and a tiki bar thats open every day!
The space:
Our 8 bedroom / 5 bathroom Villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will enjoy spending time and creating memories with your family during your stay! Hang out by the pool, soak in the spa or relax and watch your favorite movie in our theater room. Kids of all ages will also have fun in our new karaoke and game room. Kids can sing their favorite tune or play games on our Xbox One gaming console. NOTE: Games and controllers are not provided. Guests must bring own controllers and charging cords.
Outside Pool Theater:
This is currently the only rental house that we know of available with an outdoor theater! Please be courteous to the neighbors and careful with the equipment so that you and others can continue to enjoy it on future visits. The screen, three controllers and projector will be checked after each departure. If any water damage or missing controllers are found, a replacement fee of $1,500 dollars will be charged immediately.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to all the amenities the Oasis Clubhouse AND The Retreat has to offer. These private and exclusive resorts are minutes from our house. The Oasis Club is only a 4 minute walk from the Villa. The Retreat is only 1.5 miles from the house. Don't spend every day at the nearby theme parks - take a day off and relax at one of the resorts! The Oasis or Retreat has something for everyone that includes 2 separate water zones which includes a lagoon pool and tiki bar with optional poolside cabanas. The second water zone includes water slides, tunnels, lazy river and a splash zone for kids to play all day long! The Oasis Clubhouse also features a Restaurant, bar, fitness center and a kids play/craft zone. All these amenities are included with your stay!
Other things of note:
~4000 sq/ft with 8 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. Comfortably sleeps 18 people. This house is located in the luxury, gated retreat at the Championsgate community and features 24-hour on-call security. Villa includes free parking for 4 vehicles, free Wi-Fi, self check-in, and free access to community amenities. All bedrooms include have cable TV! The Patio is entirely screened and features an outdoor dining table and seating area along with the pool and spa (this is not a hot tub, spa is heated to the same temperature as the pool). A child safety fence is included for the pool area. Lastly, our pool can be heated for a small daily fee of $30.

This house is beautiful!
This house is beautiful, it’s just what you see in the pictures. Our stay here was overall good. We had a few problems to occur, the theater did not work, in room 6 the tv didn’t work, the bathroom upstairs overflowed and the pool turned green on us 😫😫. With all that being said, I will still return for a future vacation here at this location. Nick, our host was amazing!!! Every text I sent regardless the time, Nick responded right away. His crew come right away to fix the bathroom issues, and had someone to come check and service the pool right away. In place of the theater and tv not working upstairs, the game room, and especially the karaoke 🎤 and the projector over the pool was a hit with my family!!! Also a plus is the location, the house is in a great location.

Dream Disney Vacation 😍
Our stay was great the house overall was better than expected. The pictures does it no justice. Nick was an awesome host! He replied quickly and kept in touch. I'm happy we chose this beautiful house. We love the movie room and the projector out by the pool was the cherry on top! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The distance from everything was a plus. We will definitely book again!

The property is very large and accommodated my party of 15. The home is in need of a deep cleaning. More than half of the bed linens were not clean. My family and I spent the day Sunday washing bed linens and sanitizing the property. The location was perfect and the resort pools were great! Nick was responsive and handled cleaning the pool upon our request which was also dirty upon our arrival.

Excellent place to host a family vacation.
This is the perfect vacation home for families with different age groups of kids. It has everything you need for entertainment and you don’t have to leave the house to find something to do because it has all you need.

A little disappointed for the price I paid
Location & neighborhood was great! Since we didn’t pay for the heat to be on for the pool the hot tub was freezing. The game room smelled like weed. 98% of the blinds are broken in the house.. Needs a deep cleaning the bathroom upstairs was disgusting. Floors, corners, baseboards etc Pans in the kitchen disgusting. To watch a movie by the pool or in the movie room you need to connect to your own accounts. I did talk with the owner he is aware of the smell. Should have warned me ahead of time.. it’s bad!

Great Girls Weekend!!!
We loved this house and Nick was an EXCELLENT host; very responsive. The movie room and game/karaoke room were so much fun. There were 7 of us ladies looking for a getaway and this house did not disappoint. We were also able to enjoy the Oasis resort while we were there - very easy walk. The BEST part was the projector by the pool! We soaked in the hot tub and watched music videos. The house was very spacious, and we are planning to book again.

Amazing house!
This house is amazing and exactly as advertised! The host, Nick, is very responsive and provides all the information you need. The house is clean, has lots of space, and well appointed. Our kids loved the game room and movie room. The pool area is large and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Home
Perfect house! It is HUGE and has everything you need and more! We had planned to stay here again next year, but now everyone wants to come back much sooner! We intended on doing Disney, but the kids didn't want to leave the house. The water parks which come along with the house are AMAZING. Easy check in and great house! This will be our go to Orlando home away from home. Typically my kids are not impressed with VRBO homes this one left them speechless. Easy check in, great location, and AWESOME host!

Plenty of room, dual washer dryer was awesome. Big island with chairs made for great kitchen. Plenty of TVs and being able to watch the outdoor projector while in the spa was great. That was actually made us choose this house. Having plenty of bathrooms was very convenient too.

Golf Trip
This was a 4 night stay with friends to get out of New York and play some golf. This is our 2nd year in a row renting this property and will continue to do so. The property is exactly as described and all communication with the host (Nick) was great. Nick responded to every question within minutes. Our only regret is that we played so much golf that we didn't get the opportunity to take advantage of everything else the rental provides.

Luxe House Amazing Location Amazing Amenities
Overall this house was everything as advertised. From the dedicated karaoke room the movie theater room. We stayed 16 people in our party for a soccer tournament. With six teenage girls the space to spread out and talk was amazing. Best thing we enjoyed was the movie theater room, the adults enjoyed the football playoff games and some soccer games and it felt like you were at the movies. The host was amazing with communication and very attentive to our needs. Would love to stay here again.

This house was perfect for our group of adults. Plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable and clean. We loved the karaoke room & stage! We loved watching the football game while enjoying the hot tub! We paid for pool heat and it was awesome!!! The media room is fabulous! Nick is a very responsive host. He answered all questions and took care of every need quickly and professionally. His maintenance crew was quick to help out with our minor issues! We are hoping this house is available for our next visit!

All Good.
We had a few things that needed to be ironed out, but they were addressed immediately. We really enjoyed the pool and the movie room was one of the best we've had the pleasure of using. I did find it somewhat of tilt when the property manager expressed that if we weren't happy, we could leave the next day. And this was after I expressed I was tired of dealing with the service guy having to come there 4 times in 2 days. He responded promptly telling me what he had done so far. That wasn't the problem. The problem was that the ac in the gameroom still wasn't working after 3 attempts. If I would've had to move out, I would have needed to pack up my 4 kids and my lovely wife and find somewhere to stay within 8 hours. I've never had that offered to me b4.To me is seemed like he was saying, if your not happy, leave. He was great at responding in a timely manner. It was reoccurring problem and having the service guy there interrupting times when we needed privacy. I will still give a 5 star because I understand how surveys affect the overall score. I just felt underappreciated as it was my 2nd time staying here.

From the very first point of contact until the last. Nick was super super amazing. And the home was everything I expected and more. I visit Floridas Champion Gate every year, this was one of the best. Will definitely be recommending and staying again. Thanks Nick

The property, location, and amenities were perfect! Host was very helpful during our stay. You will not find a better place to vaction. Super clean, well decorated, outfitted nicely with everything you would need to cook if you so choose. Just far enough away from the parks to have a little relax time from the crowds. If we come to Florida for vacation again this will be our destination. Thank you
