The dining area leads onto the terrace and garden through sliding doors, bringing the outside in to make the most of the fresh sea air. The other side of the log burner features a snug room and smart TV for relaxing.
Leading off the main hallway, a superb games room featuring a pool table and smart TV with Nintendo Wii U provides a space for entertainment. There are also Sonos speakers throughout the living areas in the property, allowing you to create the perfect atmosphere.
Upstairs, the master bedroom with luxurious four poster bed and private terrace overlooking the bay, what more could you want for a slow start to the day with breakfast in bed. Perfect for the kids, just down the hall from the master are 2 bedrooms – one with a single bed and one with 2 single beds which share a family shower room. Under the eaves at the end of the house is a sumptuous double bedroom and ensuite shower room.

In the garden, you'll find a 2 bedroom annexe (priced separately in quieter months), complete with shared bathroom, kitchenette, living area and downstairs toilet. At the bottom of the garden is the spa building, that has sliding doors to open up the area. The spa has a hot tub, bar and wet room shower and toilet. Great for washing off wetsuits and sandy feet. You couldn't be closer to the beach as the gate in the garden takes you right out onto the beach.
