"The house is on a quiet street and a nice park area is a very short walk away. The beds are very comfortable and the house is well stocked with a nice layout There is a relaxing screened in sitting area in the back which was a wonderful added touch. Daniel was a pleasure to work with--he went out of his way to help us with some unique needs. I highly recommend this rental house. I would rent it again if I am in the area. "

"The property is in a working-class neighborhood that may give some people pause when navigating to the house, but it was super quiet and we enjoyed the stay. Great back yard. The only areas I can recommend for improvement are: get a new toaster. The one in the unit is broken and a fire hazard; provide dishwasher pellets/powder/liquid; more washcloths/towels; the electronic front door lock is difficult to operate when locking it from the inside.
