Rome is approximately half an hour away by car.
The Marco Simone Golf Club and country club, venue of the next Ryder Cup in 2023, is only 20 minutes away.
The surrounding villages are full of charm and history: Palombara Sabina, Cretone, Sant’Angelo Romano, Tivoli with Villa d’Este and Villa Adriana.
Once you cross the majestic wrought iron gate the tree-lined avenue will take you through the olive trees to the Villa situated on top of a gentle hill.
Each unit has its own kitchen and living area. This will allow you to spend the holidays in the company of your friends and family while maintaining, if wished, an optimal level of privacy and independence.
The entire Tenuta will be for your exclusive use: it is not possible to rent the units separately.

Four and a half hectares, 500 olive trees, fruit trees and aromatic herbs. Plenty of space to choose which green corner you prefer to relax in. PARKING
Adjacent to the Villa there is a parking lot which can host up to eight cars.
