Ideal for couples or a small family, there's no place better to make memories than here on the Gulf coast. With spectacular sunrises and sunsets, you and your group will love the private viewing balcony. Explore the beach and take up your favorite watersport with endless rental opportunities like snorkeling, surfing, paddleboarding, and boating. Challenge your loved ones to shuffleboard or tennis, then cool off in one of the resort's three pools! There's plenty to do in town as well. Discover local eateries, arts, entertainment, and lots of family-friendly attractions.

Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light coming in from the windows purposely built for a 180-degree view of the ocean. The living area has soft, comfortable furniture for hosting a movie night on the TV. Hobby chefs will love preparing meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for two. The main bedroom has another TV, an amazingly soft bed, and a private viewing balcony. Don't forget to wash off the sunscreen at the end of the day in the roomy shower.

Things to Know
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 6.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We had a great stay. Beautiful view. Good location. Perfect room for a couple. It was very comfortable and well stocked. Except we only had 3 bath towels and would have like to have more for a 3 night stay. I’m sure I could have asked for more but it wasn’t worth the effort. I had extra beach towels in case we needed more. Only 1 elevator was working but it was not an issue. .

Perfect!
This is not the first time I've used Vrbo. I've never had any problems. Panama City Beach is a great place for the 4th of July & the Sunbird Condos are the best place to watch fireworks from! We had a great time! The condo that we rented was facing the beach, so every morning, we had a fantastic view of the Gulf! I would certainly recommend this to anyone! The condo was clean & about as perfect as it could be. Everything that we needed was right there. All 3 pools were open, even though i was told they were closed. Thank you so much & hope to see you again! Thank you to the people of PCB for sharing your beautiful city! We will be back.

Our stay was magical. My Moms 82nd birthday....My overall impression was OMG, NO ONE TOLD ME THE BALCANY WAS BARRED! Oh O.K. Tape on the windows....."construction" was mentioned! Dirty Tshirt, towels & wadded up rag in the shower soap dish. Only 2 clean towels, no wash cloths! No soap in the restroom! My first reaction was aweful! My family shifted the focus with their love & magick! Disappointed with the initial shock!! Applaud with the accommodations. I appreciate this opportunity to voice my real opinion!!

On time check in
Checking in was a nightmare they tried to move us somewhere else because of a maintenance issue that was resolved in minutes but they still sent us running around town, we wanted beech front. They fixed the issue and let us check in late and wasn’t cleaned properly. They are sending me a check for the issues we had.. other than that it was great and we will be back next year if not sooner.. thank you

Great trip for a couple
Property was in a great spot. Didnt have to wait for elevators too long. There is a mandatory $40 parking pass with bracelets that you have to pay when you arrive. Just an fyi if u didnt see that. Condo had almost everything we needed. I read from other reviews that the master doesnt have curtains so i just duck taped a black sheet to the window. Also read other reviews about issues with the AC, it worked perfectly while we were there. Only thing Id recommend is a better floor cleaning job. It didnt looked mopped nor swept. Also the dish washer was full when we arrived. For 2 days we wondered why there werent more dishes provided till we opened the washer. One pool was closed as they have construction going on. Also, the customer service was good about getting back within 24-48 hours of messaging them email or thru the VRBO app. We were able to check in early and they had let us know thru the text service so that was a bonus. Overall it was a great rental, great location, good customer service.

We had a 40.00 parking fee which we was not told about - we had a 42..00 a day chair rental for beach chairs- room had not curtains so you had sun in your face waking up - and the floors where absolutely filthy- and there was major construction going on - no we didn’t enjoy our stay and will never stay there again- thank you

Communication Sucks Beware
This one Cons outweigh the pros: Immediately entering we were knocked out by heat. It was 80+ degrees in there. We fiddled with the thermostat, set it on 70 (on 73 initially) left for a couple hours to run errands and allow a temp change, returned and still on 80. Called Vacasa, stated no one could come out until tomorrow and credit $50. That’s NOT equivalent in the least. A whole night, sweating. Haven’t used one amenity. Not to mention, the LR TV wasn’t working until WE worked to get stations playing. This is a total inconvenience. Heat and eczema, in these circumstances, do not mesh well, and this has completely triggered an episode. The people who cleaned, where was the awareness? What is an emergency? Water, heat and air. Those seem like priorities. Very ratchet and unprofessional. I’m livid. No communication. And don’t reply to this review with answers or already had conversations on the back end when they were never relayed to me. Please be prepared to be contacted everyday until I receive a credit and I will be prepared to go the lengths of contacting whom ever I need to in order to get it done. The socket in the bedroom on the, facing right side, is behind the bed. FYI. Extension cord they have is extremely short. 4/6- arrival - 4:40pm 80 degrees- adjusted thermostat in hopes it would change; left to allow any changes. 4/6 - returned no change, 6:13p clld Vacasa: ticket placed 4/7 -12:13am 80 degrees 4/7 9:02a- 80 degrees -clld Vacasa, no update. Unable to get one. Allegedly someone will call me back. 4/7- 12:04pm 80 degrees 4/7- 1:44 pm - clld for an update, none given. Allegedly someone will call me back. 4/7- 801pm- no response 80 degrees 4/8-342am - 80 degrees no call 4/8- 934am - mysteriously we feel coolness, thermostat 78, we contact Vacasa and let them know it apparently fixed itself and even though no one called us, we assume no one has to come out. Spoke to someone local. She said the maintenance guy could not get out and a couple other people. She said the local manager was in the field and guess what, she will call me back that day and discuss compensation for 2 nights, and did not. 4/9-4/10- a/c works normal. No call. Pros: Pulled up and entered was a breeze. The attendant and lady in office were very personable. We found the condo easily. The place was clean. Great view, nice balcony. Stocked with items such as cleaning items, paper towels, tissue, Tupperware, utensils, iron, towels, etc
