Nyd Panama City Beach på sit fineste på Calypso Beach Towers ligger lige i hjertet af Panama City Beach. Dette 3 soveværelser / 2 badeværelser ejerlejlighed sover op til 8 personer og har en ekstra plads. Beliggende på 9. etage, kan du nyde den majestætiske udsigt denne ejendom har at tilbyde, de smaragdgrønne vand i Den Mexicanske Golf alt fra din private balkon.

Stuen er rummelig og har et fladskærms-tv og queensize sovesofa og våd bar. Der er masser af plads til familiesammenkomster. Den spiseplads har et bord med plads op til 6 personer med yderligere siddepladser ved morgenbordet baren. rent through the building. As others have said the property company is not the best. We were lacking two blankets for the beds. Pillows were old and stained along with the mattresses. The bunk bed was broken when we got there, we rigged it up but was not intended for any adult. The toilet was broken as in the toilet was missing a chunk out of it and the sink faucet was messed up. There was no shower curtain and mold was growing on wall from this. We also got locked out of the unit at 9a.m not 10 with stuff still inside. It was several $100 cheaper than the next apartment for a reason.

Family getaway
I have been stuck at home for six months and this was my first time out since my health crisis. We have stayed at the Calypso in many different units over the years, we have been coming to the Calypso for going on 13 years always a great time staying here have not had a problem at any other units. I would say that there is very little deck furniture only one chair. And the beds are hard but other than that it’s all good. PS the dryer takes forever to dry your clothes.

Disappointed
When we got there first bedrooms comforter had stains all over it. We proceeded into living room couch had stains and holes in it, our bedroom had no dresser for clothes. Then to top it all off we went to balcony and all furniture was broken, we couldn't even sit outside. I called Fri got a recording left a message no response so called back Tues and lady said she would get a work order immediately and we never seen a thing happen. I would definitely like a refund of some kind but after that experience not expecting one.

DO NOT STAY HERE
The pictures of this listing are incredibly out of date for this location. We arrived to find the condo not cleaned prior to our arrival after waiting until precisely 4pm on the dot to be let into the condo. The previous tenants left the condo a disaster and it took the cleaning crew 3 hours to get it back into reasonable shape. After finally being able to unpack our food and belongings, we started adding to the list of things wrong with this condo. 3 of the 4 chairs on the balcony were broken meaning one person at a time could enjoy the view. The couches were too dirty to sit on so we covered everything with sheets. The blinds were broken so we didn't touch them for fear the whole thing would come crashing down. The bunk bed not only had a missing slat under the bottom bunk but was missing a support piece between the upright frames that made it incredibly wobbly and dangerous to sleep on. One of our boys ended up putting the mattress on the floor rather than risk crashing on the bottom bunk. We reached out to management multiple times for repairs and didn't hear back once with a solution - just that the request had been submitted. Add on the regular challenges of condo stays (dryers that don't work, tubs that don't drain, dishwashers that don't drain) and we didn't feel comfortable in this place for one moment of our stay. We asked about a different property and were offered a $70/night 2 bedroom where we'd buy air mattresses to have enough space for the group. 0 STARS

Condo nightmare.
Worst stay of our life. When you first walk in…yeah it looks okay. As you look closer, it’s dirty, everything is broken, it smells bad. Specifically smells like cat piss. The bunk beds were broken. We couldn’t even get on the top bunk without the top bed falling off. We notified the owner and she said maintenance would come up. They came up and said they couldn’t fix it and then we never heard from the owner again. We had to buy an air mattress for our guest. We had to buy new sheets and a new comforter because they were filthy and disgusting and we didn’t want to catch a disease on our trip. We had to put sheets over the couches because they were also stained and dirty. Don’t you just love sitting on the balcony at the beach? Well too bad at this condo because all the patio furniture is broken. Don’t you love taking a clean shower after the beach? Well sucks because there is seaweed and dirt in the shower from the previous guests that stayed there. We also loved buying some coffee, creamer, and filters and the store to enjoy some coffee just to find out the coffee maker doesn’t work :) want some light in your bedroom? Too bad because one bedroom had one lightbulb and the other three in the fan were missing. So if you would love to stay at a complete crap hole of a room this is the place for you! And the total of everything we had to buy for our room to accommodate us (sheets, air mattress, coffee, etc) was about $140.

State of condo
The condo itself was nice but there were places on the wall and the kitchen sink was broken. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom had a broken chain so I could not use it. If the condo was updated it would be really nice. Everything in it was so old. The furniture was really bad and uncomfortable. The mattresses on the bed were horrible. Myself and my daughter woke up with our backs killing us every day. The large bedroom that I slept in had sand all over the comforter and on the sheets. I had to find me a sheet to cover up with. Whoever owns this should really update it and they would have a really nice spot.

Worst I have ever stayed in!
was very disappointed with the room. It was dirty, bunk beds were broke, black mold in the bathrooms, the patio furniture was broke, gum on the beds, food in the beds. Ceiling fan in master bedroom did not work, the vent in the master bathroom did not work. There was clothes under the bed from previous guests. None of the doors locked. I spent over $3000 for this room for 4 full days and was expecting a lot better. I could have stayed at a cheap motel and got the same thing, if not better!

Great location, poor condo
Location, beach access and scenery was perfect. We have stayed at Calypso several times but this was the first time in this specific condo and we were very disappointed. The condo did not seem like it was cleaned (lots of buildup throughout the entire condo), more like just thrown together. Lots of stuff broken and poorly maintained condo in general. Something we expected out of a cheap hotel but not for a condo we spent 4K for 4 nights.

Look for a different condo
After 22 years of coming to PCB and seven stays at the Calypso this was by far the worst experience paying this much for a condo. The floors were dirty, balcony filthy (ashes cigarette butts) broken patio furniture , the back door broken and impossible to open from outside and would not close,completely. There was no broom in the condo for us to sweep. BLACK MOLD in main bathroom, leaky faucets and standing water in the sink. There was1 wash cloth, 2 forks in entire condo for a family of 4. The pool passes were expired and the kids could not swim. To top it off changed codes on the doors 1 hour prior to checkout (don’t take any last minute strolls). Reported expired pool passes first day, three days later i has to go to the HOA office and call the management company myself to replace. Said the would send someone to look at the faucet and the clean the balcony nobody came or called. Per the HOA they had not called as they said they had. Management would not return my calls and offered no compensation. I love the Calypso but would stay far away from this company..

Would not stay here again!
Upon entering the condo it smelled terrible. It did not look like it has been cleaned at all. The shower curtains were dirty, shower curtain liners had mold on them, dust and dirt in the kitchen drawers/cabinets, plus many other things. The door to the balcony was almost impossible to open and had dirt smeared on it. We ended up purchasing our own cleaning products to clean. There were broken chairs on the balcony. You can feel the springs in the mattresses on the bunk beds. The pictures posted of this property are very deceiving. We were very disappointed that this was the shape of the condo for the price we paid. I did contact the property manager about all of this. They did ask if we wanted the cleaning service to come out again but we had already purchased cleaning products and cleaned ourselves. I did request for new shower curtain liners, which were brought to us and left on the counters, but not changed. We never received an apology about all of the issues. We love staying at these condominiums but will not stay in the particular condo again.

Not what we expected
Will not use this type of search engine to Find a vacation place again. Want a clean place where we can speak with a human when checking in or when we have questions about anything regarding accommodations, the City, Restaurants etc…. When you’re spending money on a memorable family vacation, it should 1) look like what’s in the pictures 2) be clean. We had to wear shoes the whole time indoors, cover the couch & loveseat with sheets & bunk bed sheets were dirty with magic marker streaks. And 3) when checking in, We had to wait until 6:30 because the the communication wasn’t there regarding the code or any info. Lady at the front said she couldn’t help us and had no way of knowing who owned 902. She even said “ oh I hope you all haven’t been scammed”. Why would someone put that in our heads on a family Vaca. Disappointing……

FILTHY!!!!
This place is disgusting! We were hit with a terrible smell when we walked in and later discovered there had been a leak in the hot water heater and the pan was covered in rust and mold. The unit was filthy (sand on the floors, hair in numerous places, bunk bed sheets dirty, food crumbs, cigarette ashes, sand on the patio). As we started unloading we discovered the refrigerator was not cooling and the dryer was not working. The dishwasher was full and we had to unload it. Tried calling the after hours number listed (checked in on a Sunday) and no one answered after numerous attempts. I would not plan on using the bunkbeds in this unit as they are old and not stable with slats missing. The baseboards, walls, furniture are all beat up and need painting or just replaced. Pictures available for anyone who wants to see.

Property was clean and nice. Location was very busy, but expected for this time of year. Had issue with getting code for door the first day of vacation. Then later that week, some how door code got changed and I had to call property management to get a new code to get into our condo. Other than that - property is beautiful and no complaints!

Poorly cleaned and maintained
When we arrived the unit was poorly cleaned you couldn’t walk barefoot, and there was so much sand in the washer and dryer, broken bed frame in the guest bedroom, the main slider door would not properly open if you could even get it to open or close. There was not enough wristbands in the unit for the amount of people we had. I contacted the property manager about all issues. They failed to get us more bands the entire stay, but did come to fix a gaping hole taken out of the wall. Which could have waited until there was no one in the unit. The bunk beds were super unsturdy, to the point no one could sleep on the top bunk. We always stay at Calypso and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had.

Overall it was great!
Property was as described and portrayed. Overall clean, well stocked, and well laid out. Only complaint: Mattresses were on the basic, cheap side and would have made the stay so much better had they been more comfortable. The elevators and parking were efficient and without issue. Property was kept clean and public areas always smelled fresh. There were a couple of maintenance issues I needed to relay to property management upon our departure (I didn’t want to disturb our trip) but I’ve not received a call back. Location was great!

Mediocre but livable
Conveniently located close to Pier Park with easy beach access. The unit was clean. First, Calypso is aging as a property...definitely showing it’s age. Second, the unit was mediocre at best, but livable. It really needs to be updated and if not a full update maybe just touched up a little. Things needing attention: droopy fan blades, missing globes on lights, broken lamps, and the bathroom caulking is a little gross. The cable works great but the wires are crazy and unkept. Balcony door in the living room is a bear to open and nearly impossible to close. Some tubs and sinks drain slowly. Also, don’t be like me...read the checkin instructions...the office to checkin is not on the property...if you go straight to Calypso you’ll be disappointed by the 20 min drive to checkin...they called to make sure I knew that, but I still screwed up, that’s on me though ;)
