We had an issue with shared home, and she came immediately and handled in person and told me not to hesitate to call her, no matter what the time, she would come back to resolve issues. "Stayed here for my 50th birthday with my girlfriend. Marilena made the check-in the easiest that I've experienced. She did it with such professionalism and kindness.
