"Perfect property for 9 adults and 1 dog! Very clean and well stocked kitchen which was large, with an even larger lounge with log burner. More than enough space for us all to get cosy, play games and see the new year in.Location is beautiful but to note, 20-25 mins from the nearest shop. The pier cafe is great for a drink, coffee or food though, and the drive is worth it for the surrounding views of Loch Katrine. "Would recommend staying here. The house was fabulous and a well equipped kitchen etc. and the rooms were very nice. Beds were comfy. Bit tricky to Locate as the post code takes you to a different house. The house sat at the back of a drive on it’s own and the view was superb. Lovely walks nearby. Jake family & friends. "

"We had a lovely stay in the River House in Little Dunkeld. The house was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed. It is situated close the the famous Birnham Oak tree with lovely river walks right on the doorstep. We would happily recommend the house and area as an ideal spot for a getaway. Thank you."

"We had been looking forward to our weekly stay in Scotland for almost 3 years. Sadly, the villa did not meet our high expectations. First, the villa was in a nice location in Blairgowrie with a large yard, and a quiet neighborhood. The house has great character but it is old and rustic. "Lovely house and gardens, plenty of room for a family get together. It was nice that each bedroom had access to an ensuite or bathroom. The pool table was a great addition and kept both big kids and little kids entertained. We had snow while we were there and having the log burner and extra radiators to hand was great for keeping warm. Communication with host was great."
