M&M Holiday House offers Villa Adige Luxury, an apartment in a quiet and safe residential area, 10 minutes from the historic center of Perugia, 5 minutes from Umbria international airport. On foot from the structure you can reach all services, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, bars, restaurants, bakeries and pastry shops. Ideal for families and those visiting the region, 1 km from the highway junction.
Inside there are 3 double bedrooms with 200 x 160 cm mattresses. plus 6 cm toppers, one of which has a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Each bedroom has a 43' Smart TV. Sheets, duvets, pillows, additional blankets are provided.
In the Living area there are two sofas for 6 comfortable seats, as well as a 50' Smart TV with Netflix subscription.
The dining area has a table for 6 people, extendable up to 10 seats, in fine wood. The furniture is the right balance between classic and modern.
Inside the apartment there are THREE BATHROOMS, all equipped with BATHROOM ACCESSORIES, toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving set, shower cap, shower shampoo, bars of soap, set of towels.
A bathroom is available in the living area, one in the Suite bedroom with large shower and a bathroom in the corridor of the sleeping area with TEUCO WHIRLPOOL BATH and shower cubicle.
Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and hair straightener.
