"An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. "

"The staff are very friendly and respectful, the services is excellent. As for the property, the shower did not work properly, there was no cold water in the shower, the water was scorching hot. Too much light coming in to the rooms at night because the drapes are hanging too low under the arch window. This can be remedied with new drapes to hang above the arch window "

"What a lovely stay at the hotel we enjoyed it very much and the pool area was especially welcoming after a hot day exploring Grenada. The staff were welcoming and friendly and made our stay very comfortable. The location is just beautiful they had little trail you can walk behind the hotel and they had a family of tortoises that we can see everyday. Which was a nice surprise and our family liked it very much. The only thing I would say about this location is that there were not much options for...
