"The communication would had been easier if they didn’t only used Zalo. We were lucky our cousin joined us to communicate as she had Zalo. There was no one at the desk as stated. We asked security guard questions. The firework show was nice from our rooms. The 2nd room took longer to get ready but we had our first room. The people were very nice. "

"Stayed at La Phan Phu Quoc Apartment and it was straight up awesome! The host is super chill and made sure everything was smooth. The place is mad convenient, everything’s basically brand new, and it’s got that cool vibe. Perfect spot if you’re kicking it here for a while, whether you’re on vacay or working remote. Full kitchen too, so you can whip up your own meals whenever. Definitely a solid spot if you’re looking for somewhere comfy to crash long term"

"Nhân viên rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ thông tin du lịch, dịch vụ cho mình. Gần khách sạn cũng có vài quán ăn, tạp hóa nên cũng không phải lo đi xa để mua đồ, ăn uống. Tuy nhiên, khách sạn vẫn chưa được chu đáo lắm. Mình tới nhận phòng rồi mà đồ dùng trong phòng vẫn chưa được chuẩn bị. Có bữa đang tắm thì hết nước nóng. Ở đây hơi nhiều muỗi, côn trùng nên tối là phải đóng cửa cẩn thận. Hy vọng khách sạn sẽ sớm cải thiện những điều trên thì sẽ tuyệt vời. "

The spiders we saw in the room are found to be venomous from the internet. We could not sleep because of many mosquitos. "Very good value for money. Spacious villas with good appliances, comfortable beds, helpful staff and services. Location is not bad as it is easy to get to night market with buggy. Other places are easily accessible by getting a Grab. Parts of the hotel is still under construction so beware that noise can be an issue. Mia and her manager were very helpful and apologetic in addressing the noise issues and it was resolved efficiently. "
