"Ten grill refs to be replaced. We almost had a grease fire. It is filled with freeze and needs to be cleaned/replaced. The kitchen needs an exterminator because there were small cockroaches. Everything else was perfect."

"We had an amazing weekend! The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway and was right on the lake making us feel completely at peace. One of the highlights was catching catfish right from the property, which added an extra layer of fun to our trip. The RV itself was very comfortable and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable retreat. Can't wait to come...

"The tiny home was great, the camp ground was very nice, and we loved the pools! Nice showers and bathrooms on site. Right on the river! The door to the tiny home did lock us out, so be sure to get the property manager's phone # just in case! Also, it's right in the middle of town so there's Walmart & food close by. Great stay!!"

"Beautiful place. Very peaceful. I wished the ladder to the sleeping area was a little easier to get up. But there is a pullout couch so that helps. We loved the area and everyone we ran into was very friendly."

"We used Rocky Cabin 2 and the main house on the lake. We had 13 adults 18+ and a 13 yo. Plenty of space to spread out. Only used Rocky Cabin 2 for sleeping and one night to watch a group movie. No WiFi/cable in main home on lake but they’re working on that. We enjoyed the space and lake and would consider visiting again. We rented the pontoon and would consider that again as well."

"We were working in the woods on the Cumberland Plateau including Little River Canyon Park so the cabin location was perfect. This was also one of the best equipped kitchens I've seen. There was more than enough room for the two of us - we didn't use all the amenities (TV, gas fireplace) but it was good to know they were there if needed or when we return with our families. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!"

"We had the best time and loved the tiny cabin. We love to travel and I have rented a lot of nice places but none have come close to having all the amenities as this one. June thought of everything and then some. We usually need to make a run to pick a few things up that we find we need, but not here. The lot is much larger than it looks so was great to walk the dog and kids would love playing here. The husband enjoyed catching fish from the beautiful deck."
