Had to pay extra not only for my dog ($50 in cash upon arrival) but also for the 3rd person ($100 during checkout) despite there being 3 beds and only 3 of us staying. Listing says up to 9 people can stay but I don't see how, especially with minimal dishes and kitchen supplies. Overall a good stay."

"If you have a draw hunt at the Neches Nature Preserve, this is a great place to stay at. Has all the amenities you need and close to all the units run by the forest Service. Host is great at staying on top of communication and helps with whatever you need. "

"This was our second time staying at this house and its quickly becoming something we look forward to when visiting family in Tyler. We used to live in the Azalea district and staying in this house reminds us of our time in our old house and its just magical. The beds are so comfortable."
