A perfect choice for families, this cosy and beautiful 2-bedroom villa, located near the very spectacular village Pissouri between Paphos and Limassol. When entering the villa you feel that this property is a well-loved looked after family home. A tranquil area yet at the same time close to the sea (only 1.1 km from Pissouri Bay) , this villa with its Private pool would make a fantastic holiday home for small families.
It can accommodate up to 4 guests.

This lovely 2 bedroom villa is located in Pissouri, with its own secluded backyard with a private pool, sunbeds, hammock and Bbq. Perfect place for groups of up to 4 people looking for peace and relaxation.

This family villa is in a wonderful central, yet private, location within easy reach of Pissouri Bay (just a 10-minute walk) where you will find a beautiful Blue-flag beach, mini-market, Atm and a variety of bars, shops, cafes and restaurants.

When you enter the ground floor of the villa you will see an open-plan living room, kitchen, dining area and toilet. The living room has two sofas and Tv (Apple TV/Netflix, etc.). The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for cooking, from full size stove, fridge, dishes and cooking utensils and washing/dryer machine to make your stay more enjoyable.
On the top floor of the building you will find 2 bedrooms, both with Ac. Master bedroom has 1 double bed, a wardrobe (with safe for valuables) and a lovely balcony with views. Second bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe, and a private balcony. Also on the top floor is the master bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Street parking, and also a garage are available for your convenience.

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION; we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.

PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!

EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.

• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.

• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for HighChair

• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.

Definitely not relaxing
The description of “tranquil area”, “peace and relaxation” and “secluded backyard” should be ignored. The villa is situated on a junction between the main road and the road leading into a housing estate. The traffic noise is horrendous. I had to buy ear plugs to enable me to sleep. The numerous gaps in the bushes mean that pedestrians have a full view of the pool area. The pool had to be constantly cleared from the leaves from the bushes, using the net that was held together with tape and regularly fell off. The villa itself was clean and well equipped but the traffic noise made for a miserable holiday.

Avons reçu les informations sur le séjour par agence locale (stay) 2 jours seulement avant arrivée et avons dû verser 250€ de caution en urgence !! sinon pas de clés alors que sur arbritel on parle de 150€ à payer sur place, Coût de la location trop cher au vu des prestations, hyper bruyant (à l'intersection de 2 routes ; très fréquentées) pas d'insonorisation car fenêtres / portes fenêtres ne ferment pas ; isolation thermique idem ; pas au courant que les surplus d'électricité seraient à notre charge en cas de dépassement - grosse pression sur le fait de faire très attention à la consommation alors que la maison n'a pas d'isolation thermique. Panier d'accueil inexistant alors qu'indiqué sur fiche de la loc ; Aucun contact téléphonique, ni en présentiel pour quoique ce soit, agence locale d'aucune utilité, plus aucune réponse via whatsapp ; Entretien extérieur : le strict minimum Pas de ménage pendant 15 jours ni de draps ni serviettes de rechange. Robinet évier déglingué, tuyaux sous évier scotché, avec des fuites aléatoires, maison peu entretenue ; ... Literie déplorable,
