The design of this home follows contemporary values while using traditional standards and historic preservation. You can be cooking with Bosch appliances under futuristic ambient lighting, surrounded by sanitary tile work from the late 1800s, to then take a nap on a modernist chaise lounge designed in 1928. The bathroom is a spa experience with a 20” square rain head with hot/cold mist and soaking tub.

Put a record on and lounge on furniture designed by Charles/Ray Eames, Virgil Abloh, Mies Van der Rohe, and other notable designers. while you soak in epic views from two levels of balconies.

Pets are also welcome, just please be mindful of the space. The backyard stretches across the double lot. Cutting into the hill, a hundred year old 20 ft circular retention wall built by Polish masons still stands. It provides a flat grassy area for outdoor activity. What started as a flip for a first time homeowner right out of architecture school, the project grew to be an intense design lab and trade school. From casting unique trim tiles to robotic milling to proprietary cladding systems, it has been a passion that is focused on dwelling and hospitality.
