The entertainment what we saw was great! The drinks were amazing, the food at all of the restaurants was the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive. "A pesar de que me cambiaron de hotel por manteniendo de este, me avisaron con mucha anticipación que me cambiarian al hotel hermano llamado Mayan Art hotel 10, las instalaciones bonitas, acojedoras, el precio accesible y la atención es muy grata. Está céntrico y llegas a la 5ta Av en coche en 5 o 9 mnts, no está tan lejos, caminando unos 20. Estacionamiento exclusivo y recepción a las 24 horas. Nada de ruido, lo recomiendo. 👌"

"We stayed at your resort February16-25,2025. Overall, an excellent resort! The facilities were very well kept and the nightly entertainment was excellent. The variety of restaurants were good and the food was wonderful. Noteworthy staff were food service workers named Manuel, Antonio and Lenin. Diana Salamanca went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed! We highly recommend this resort. One suggestion would be to have more organized transportation to and from Cancun airport...

"Expérience 10/10! Nous souhaitions des vacances reposantes, gourmandes et ensoleillées – c’est exactement ce que nous avons eu. L’accueil a été incroyable dès notre arrivée. Le personnel est tout simplement fabuleux. Nous avons été pris en charge par Denisse qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très propres. Toutes les commodités ont surpassé nos attentes. Le buffet incroyable et frais… et que dire des autres restaurants. Super belle...

"Herlig stil, rent, dejlige senge. Fin balkon. Lidt larm fra gaden, men det må man forvente med den centrale beliggenhed. Kun få minutter til stranden. Eneste minus var dårlig WiFi på værelset. Skøn lille pool, som dog ikke var særlig afskærmet ift andre værelser og indgangen. Helt sikkert god value! "
