We had some issues with our room, that we were not too happy about. After the first night, we were offered a much nicer room on a higher floor for the rest of our stay. My children loved it. This really made a big difference to our experience, and we ended up having a great stay. I really appreciated that management took action on our feedback. Staff was all-round very nice and attentive, and especially thanks to Robert for making our stay so pleasant. The hotel is located between Chelsea and NoMad and we especially liked being in walking distance to Madison Square Park, which is a really nice area. The restaurant on the premises, The Wilson, serves great food and added to the overall pleasent ambience of the hotel. Cleaning in room was also very good. I definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay.
