This property has been #1 rated VRBO rental in Hudson facing west with million dollar views of the crystal clear coastline of the Gulf of Mexico. You will fall in love with this tastefully updated 766 ft.² penthouse terrace with an amazing private 800 ft.² rooftop patio. This combination of indoor/outdoor living space can comfortably accommodate 4 guests making it an ideal for a couple’s getaway or a small group looking for fun or just relax. Plenty of outdoor furniture to sunbathe in private without having to worry about tan lines. If you feel like a swim just head to the elevator to the saltwater heated to enjoy the pool all year round but don’t forget the swim chairs and noodles. In addition to the rooftop patio there is an additional 15’x3’ private balcony to take in the breathtaking views of the gulf, Dolphins and manatee that like to come for a visit. If you’re looking to relax and be low key it’s here for the taking. Full kitchen, 2 55” Smart flatscreen TV’s with cable and high speed internet. If you want some action you have use of the 2 kayaks in our private lagoon or the Gulf. If water sports aren’t your thing we also provide 2 bicycles to cruise around. I don’t know of any other rental that provides all this.
The complex offers 24 hr security in addition to assigned space in the parking garage. There’s also a clubhouse with pool tables, air hockey, billiards and a reading room. If you like to keep fit there’s a gym for your daily workout .
Only minutes to some of the best marinas, boat rentals, Restaurants and nightlife. Approximately 35 minutes to Clearwater beaches and Tampa!

Amazing views!!
I had a wonderful time at Maria's place! She was an accommodating and gracious host. The location is perfect for peace and quiet. The pool is perfect and the sunsets on the rooftop patio are just spectacular! Beautiful condo--perfect getaway! Thank you.

Amazing sunsets
Fantastic property with amazing location and a super easy check-in and check-out process. Wake up to the greatest views and the smell of the ocean. This is beach life at it's finest...flip flops or sandals required.

Last minute get-a-away
Maria's condo had everything we needed to rest and relaxr! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean,cozy, and comfy. The deck is where we wanted to spend all our time. The sunset view is incredible. Thanks to Maria for the wonderful hospitality and going out of her way to make us feel welcomed! If you are thinking about this condo, just book it. It is such a nice getaway!

We saw dolphins!
Maria was a wonderful host, great communicator and accommodated our requests. The condo patio and balcony were excellent in watching dolphins play in the lake below. We were extremely comfortable in the condo and enjoyed playing pickleball with other residents. Thank you Maria for making our weeks stay memorable :)

Wonderful Stay
This condo was well kept and comfortable and situated in a perfect location for visiting multiple family members during the holidays. We are an active couple and enjoyed how the gym area and pool were not overly crowded. My only negative comments would be we couldn’t quite figure out how the bedroom tv worked like changing channels (but our fault for not reaching out to Maria) and that the kitchen would benefit from a few new cooking/skillet pans. But overall a great stay and would consider staying here again.

AMAZING Views!!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with the million dollar views from the private patio. The amenities at this condos are great and the description the property owner provides is spot on. Highly recommend this condo for your rental!

Beautiful Views
We were very impressed with the condo and the beautiful views it had to offer. The penthouse patio provided a wonderful place for entertaining our guests. The complex was quiet and calming. Maria was a fabulous host!

Accurate Description of unit
Private despite being a condo. Views are fantastic. Exercise room is a bonus. The only negative is a car is needed for restaurants, groceries and there is no real beach close by. Thank goodness for the roof top patio.

Beautiful quite getaway
My husband and I love coming to the gulf. After the holidays we needed and beautiful relaxing time away. We loved the views from every window, the walks along the walking trail, fishing in the lagoon and kayaking into the sunset. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful!
Maria has definitely thought of everything, and our stay was so nice! Very clean, gorgeous views, quiet and off the beaten path. We stayed in Hudson because you get more for your money, and it's a reasonable drive to Clearwater, Caladesi Island and more. There are several good local restaurants. We kayaked on the Weeki Wachee River which is a MUST DO. The water is beautiful and clear. We would absolutely recommend this condo. Loved the nature walk around the lagoon, and we saw sting rays, dolphins and manatees just a few feet from shore. The view of the sunset is gorgeous.

Anniversary trip
I can't say enough about this one! It was exactly as online. Maria the owner was so nice. I spoke with her on the phone before we ever went. She found out it was our wedding anniversary. When we arrived she had a happy anniversary banner, bouquet of flowers , bottle of iced champagne and a box of chocolates for us !!! Who does that? Maria does. She was so nice and easy to deal with. Her condo is amazing. The water views are fantastic and the rooftop patio is the perfect place to watch the amazing sunsets over the ocean! It was quite and that's just what we wanted. The pool was wonderful. We even got to attend a summer kickoff party with a DJ and lots of new people. Maria thinks of EVERYTHING! Most places you have to provide all your little things Iike detergent and such. It was literally like being in her home their was not a thing we needed to buy other than food. She even had a basket in bathroom with anything you might have forgot and even stuff you didn't know you needed. You can't go wrong with this condo. Water views from every window in the place. Penthouse living was definitely for me. We loved it! Thanks again Maria. The only thing I would add is a electric grill. Grilling 9 stories below is very difficult. Trying to get ot all down and back ip.wad a Hassel.

Lovely, Lovely, Lovely!
We loved, loved, loved this property. Aside from the beauty of the condo and its terrace, outside views were magnificent. The sunsets and morning rise were beautiful. The condo itself was decorated lovely, clean and had EVERYTHING you could possibly need to enjoy it as home as was the entire island property. Maria, the owner, was just as amazing too. She made everything easy and her attention to every detail shows her care for not just her property, but those who rent there. She was a definite sweetheart! If you are seeking a safe, quiet, hasslefree get-away, this is your spot. Close to everything you may need, or want to do, but quiet enough for plenty of relaxation. My hubby and I were there to celebrate our 20 year anniversary. Upon arrival, beautiful flowers, a bottle of champagne, and box of chocolates were awaiting with a sweet anniversary sign to greet us. The extra touch just was LOVELY! WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

Amazing views
We love this unit because of the amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico on three sides of us, the wonderful patio, the great restaurants close by, and the comfort of the condominium. The owner has redone the unit and it is beautiful! She lives close by and is always available if we have a question or concern. The area surrounding the unit is quiet and the people staying there are so friendly. We saw many manatees and dolphins from our unit in the lagoon below. We’ve stayed here before and will be back. Great place to relax!
My husband and I stayed at this property for 8 nights and LOVED it! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The location of the condo is perfect. It overlooks the gulf on both balconies which made for relaxing mornings with coffee watching the birds and dolphins. The pool area is clean and relaxing also. We love to take long walks, and the neighborhood around the condos is great for walking. Many great local eateries close by and a delightful ice cream shop. Maria is a wonderful hostess and truly makes you feel welcome. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Lovely condo, views wonderful. My only suggestion would be some kind of shade/blind on bedroom slider. Mattress a bit uncomfortable if you have a bad back.
