"We had an amazing time at this lovely hotel. On arrival we were greeted by Larry who gave us a tour of the hotel giving us all the information needed for our stay. Our room was large with a balcony and floor to ceiling windows with an incredible view. We had the meal plan and alternated between the two restaurants which were both great with a wide choice of delicious food The beach bar and pool bar and restaurant were really nice with excellent service. "The staff at the Royal Palms could not be more pleasant. They were truly gracious and hospitable. My only discontent was that I had to pay for an additional night stay when I shortened my stay, It was my understanding that I paid an additional fee for this consideration, but the staff suggested I bring that to the attention of Expedia. "We absolutely loved our stay! Sabrina, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and knew where to go on the island. She instantly made us welcome, and the property was so clean, quiet and relaxing. A secluded beach is a mere 20 mins walk, and the views are stunning. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! "The property grounds is outstanding, the room was clean and neat, the staff was friendly and helpful. The tv in the bedroom constantly lose signal but the one in the living room worked well. It is not the most modern hotel, but the surrounding view of the ocean and town, and its proximity to downtown makes up for that. Personally, I think Bermuda is the most naturally beautiful place. "
