The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with, stainless steel appliances, Additional seating is available at the kitchen island with seating for 4. Alfresco dining is available on the patio. Also, on this level is a queen bedroom and full bath.

The top level is all about a good night's sleep. This floor features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, two rooms offer gulf views and access to the large porch. Each bedroom includes a new Smart TV. A laundry room is also conveniently located on this floor.

Each floor offers porches, perfect for lounging or a sunset dinner. The home is across the street from the beach and it's only about a three-minute walk to the closest beach access.
