"This was our second stay at The Palms, and while the first time was great, this stay was better. What made this trip better was our host, Keith. "I was blessed to be able to spend my 50th birthday at this property. We had such a wonderful time, and watching the sunsets every night from the house was magical. The location was perfect with many wonderful places to eat only a short walk away. The team at the house was spectacular making us feel very cared for. "Great walkable location near beach suitable for several families. We had street parking but the overnight security made us feel very safe. Any immediate questions/issues were addressed quickly. The only real negative was a dishwasher that did not work very well. We found the pool to be a real necessity…enjoyed it and the inside/outside family areas."

"If you are wondering, just book! This place is exactly like the photos. The views are better than they appear in the pics. We spent 5 days in Guancaste, and spent most of the time at the property, only because it was so relaxing and beautiful. The home is very safe, in a gated and secured community. "Wonderful property, perfect for our multi-generational family. Ana from Yellowfin Tours became our go between with staff, a big help and Google translate! Jimmy house manager was right on any issues! Mercedes and her crew kept us cleaned up and the pool guy was great! We used the recommended Chef for 3 nights, very good and very reasonable. We did rent the golf cars to get around town and to the restaurants and grocery. Sure beat the price of rental car we didn’t need, all our tours pick us up...

"Tara’s little oasis is/was amazing. Just what we needed for our 10 day get away. Place was clean, the AC was amazing, walking distance to beach. We rented a golf cart from Pacific Coast rentals and it was the best money we ever spent. I would 100% tell anybody to come stay here. Tara always responded super fast. Will 100% be coming back"

"We stayed here for my wife's 40th birthday. The private pool was awesome and the unit is located directly next to the hotel pool's bar. There are plenty of transport buses for the resort...it is steep in some areas"

"Very private feeling tucked away little spot on the beach. This beach was never overly busy and sometimes we had it all to ourselves! Sandy and clean. This is not located in a tourist hub, but a local neighborhood. Be advised the road in is rough and you will want a high clearance vehicle."

Enestående resort med fantastisk personale
"Som pilot bor jeg på hoteller i hele verden. Dette hotel overraskende virkeligt positivt og er en af de bedste oplevelser jeg har haft. Selve hotellet er lækkert med masser plads, natur og smukke rolige faciliteter. Men det bedste ved stedet er personalet og hvad de er i stand til. Restauranten var hyggelig og jeg kunne sidde her mange timer og nyde udsigten. Maden var velsmagende og flot præcentetet. Personalet synes at kunne efterkomme alle efterspørgselser og foreslog spændende cocktails mm. Selvom det regnede det meste af tiden havde jeg en fantastisk tid og jeg håber meget at få mulig for at komme tilbage. Tak. "
